INTELLIGENCE AGENCY

The Deputy Director of the Intelligence Agency, Aleksandra Bakrevska-Dodovska, on behalf of the Intelligence Agency, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation in the fight against radicalization online, which was developed within the EU twinning project "Strengthening coordination capacity in preventing violent extremism and the fight against terrorism."

A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Defense, the Intelligence Agency, the National Security Agency, the National Committee for the Prevention of Violent Extremism and the Fight against Terrorism, the Agency for Youth and Sports, the Private Security Chamber, MaRnet, Macedonian Telecom and A1 Macedonia.

The memorandum envisages cooperation of the signatories in the part of taking all necessary measures for effective fight against the phenomenon of online radicalization and encouraging the reporting of public content with radical elements to the competent authorities.
