INTELLIGENCE AGENCY

The Deputy Director of AR, Aleksandra Bakrevska Dodovska, had an educational debate session of EUROTALK, organized by Eurothink - Centre for European Strategies, as part of an endeavour and activity undertaken by Eurothink with the topic: “Proactive agencies for greater civil trust” - Improving the public communication strategies of the security sector agencies in North Macedonia - financially supported in cooperation with the Geneva Centre for Security Sector Governance (DCAF). The session was attended by guests from the civil society sector, mainly representatives of the “Network 24” (a network of civil society organizations working in the field of Chapter 24 of the EU acquis: Justice, Freedom, and Security) journalists and media representatives.

The aim of the session was to discuss about the communication approach of the Intelligence Agency towards the public, the collaboration between the civil society and the Agency, as well as how to increase the levels of trust between the Agency and the public.
