On 05.09.2022, the Director of the Intelligence Agency, Erolld Musliu, on behalf of the Intelligence Agency, signed the Memorandum of cooperation and coordination for efficient and effective application of the Law on restrictive measures.
The Memorandum was signed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bujar Osmani, the Minister of Internal Affairs, Oliver Spasovski, the Director of the Intelligence Agency, Erolld Musliu, the Director of the Agency for National Security, Viktor Dimovski, the Director of the Financial Intelligence Office, Blazo Trendafilov and the Deputy Public Prosecutor in the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of North Macedonia, Ferat Elezi.
The Intelligence Agency expresses its satisfaction and welcomes the signing of this Memorandum, which determines the mutual coordination and cooperation, as well as the exchange of information and the manner of communication among the institutions, while taking into account the protection of the classified information in order to act efficiently and in a timely manner, in accordance with the Law on restrictive measures.
The Memorandum determines the activities that will contribute to building an efficient system at a state level in the application of the international restrictive measures, in accordance with the Law on restrictive measures, harmonized with the EU legislation, the UN international norms and other multilateral and bilateral acts signed by our country.
