We inform you that the Intelligence Agency regularly informs the Ombudsman regarding all submitted requests, indications and recommendations. Contrary to the claims of the Ombudsman Naser Ziberi in the program "Click Plus" on TV21 from 03.11.2022, the Agency considers that it establishes timely communication and cooperation.

In addition, the Agency acted on the last Information from the Government on acting on the addressings and recommendations of the Ombudsman from October 2022.

We point out that the Agency always responds in written correspondence in the shortest possible time with the Office of the Ombudsman.
