INTELLIGENCE AGENCY

On April 10, 2025, the Committee on oversight of the work of the national security agency and the intelligence agency paid a first supervisory visit to the intelligence agency in the new parliamentary composition, after the parliamentary elections held in May 2024.

During the visit, the members of the Committee asked questions about the personnel, material and technical capacities of the agency and got acquainted with the strategic priorities and the new organizational structure.

Additionally, the members of the Committee were briefed on the continued international cooperation of the agency, as well as about the new opportunities for bilateral and multilateral cooperation, in support of fulfilling the country's foreign policy priorities.

Finally, а conclusion was made that the Committee will realize more frequent supervising visits to the intelligence agency.
